However, the resolution of the files you encode using this program are lower than the max resolutions for Apple TV, and they won't look as high quality because they are meant for an iPod-sized screen. If you want to convert to the max Apple TV quality, which is H.264 1280x720, then try using Cucusoft's Apple TV Video Converter instead. You can choose "Apple TV (1280x720) H.264" from the "Profile" drop down menu and it will convert your video to the higher-quality Apple TV format. Just be aware that those videos won't play on an iPod because they are too big.
