Put the Hottest News on Your iPod Every Morning For FREE

Every morning, before work, I wake up, get dressed, pour some coffee into my mug, grab the morning newspaper and I’m out the door. While I’m on the subway I read the newspaper to get caught up on World News, the newspaper, which costs me extra money, extra money I can be spending on something else …… Alright, you caught me, that’s not really what I do every morning, but it does cost me extra money to get the newspaper every morning and it’s a hassle to lug around the newspaper. So, what if you can get free and current news onto your iPod every morning and be able to read it any time of the day without lugging around a huge paper? Interested? Keep reading…

Tansee.com, which Tansee iPod Transfer, has unveiled their new software called Tansee iPod News. The cool thing about it is that it’s FREE! Free software to get news and free news ALL in one small iPod? I must be dreaming. But it’s true! So to help everyone take advantage of this wonderful offer by Tansee, I’ve created a tutorial to help people install this awesome software below. It’s very easy to install and very quick to get current news on to your iPod.
Step 1) Download Tansee iPod News

Step 2) Get the Hottest News Around the World

Plug your iPod to your computer. Open Tansee iPod News and hit “Get News.”

The program will take a moment to retreive data. A folder labeled “News” will be created in the same directory as your Tansee iPod News program. Inside will be an “index” file and multiple files labeled “News item #-#.”

Next, in a different window, go to My Computer and select your iPod. Inside will be a folder label “Notes.” Double-click it. Copy everything in your “News” folder to the “Notes” folder.

Step 3) Read the News on Your iPod!

Disconnect your iPod. Go to Extras -> Notes. Hit the selection named “Index of News.” Inside will be all the latest headline news. All you have to do is scroll, click on the title and vualah, iPod News!!!

I wanted to take a picture of my iPod to give a sample, but my poor camera couldn’t handle the resolution. O well, you’ll just have to try the tutorial to believe me :P Good Luck!
